Just curious.Who elected Don Hoff to speak for the Tongass tribe?
At one point he says: "My opinions represent and speak for
the Raven House (Yei l Hit) Gaanax adi Clan of the Taan Ta Kwaan
only (Sea lion People) or known as Tongass Tribe that is Indigenous
to Ketchikan and surrounding lands."Then next he says:"This
is my very own opinion".
