Consolidation & White Cliff: Both are bad for the Ketchikan Taxpayers!
By Dan McQueen

It's nearly time for the People of Ketchikan to get out and vote on both Consolidation and fixing up a wornout old school building that has already been closed as a school.

Both measures if passed will increase the Tax Load for us Year-round residents of Ketchikan.

Our Taxes will go way up if Consolidation is Passed.

Our local government will never get smaller. It won't be any cheaper to live here.

Consolidation is bad for the local property owners in the Borough because we will have to help pay for the improvements in town aimed at keeping the tourists happy.

And then there is White Cliff.

Haven't we paid out enough trying to fix up Schoenbar?

White Cliff is even older!

White Cliff has more problems then Schoenbar had.

White Cliff needs to be torn down.

Our Seniors deserve a brand new building of their own. Not an old, tired, worn-out building like White Cliff.

Ketchikan Voters! Join me and vote down both of these ballots!

Keep our Taxes Down! JUST SAY NO!
