The 'Speedwell' belongs to Signature Seafoods in Seattle who uses it as one of two processing vessels out at Neets Bay every summer for processing the returning salmon.
The two processing vessels don't have engines. Boyer has been towing the 'Speedwell' and the second vessel, the 'Lucky Buck', from Seattle to Neets Bay and back to Seattle each season.
