Ketchikan Boy Scouts Host Educational Session with Guardian Flight

Ketchikan, Alaska - Thursday evening, Guardian Flight Paramedic Christopher Roussell attended the Troop 4 meeting of the Boy Scouts of America at Holy Name Catholic Church School.

Paramedic Roussell gave a brief lecture on preparedness for emergencies, discussing the importance of planning and preparation. He also answered some questions, particularly about providing patient care while flying, and about cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

The lecture, taken from the "Your Home is your Castle" program developed by Guardian Flights' Regional Director Ed Fry, is available to other groups at no charge. Call (907) 247-6100 for more information about scheduling this program for your group.
