I read with interest the letter submitted by Jerry Cegelske regarding the use, abuse and effects of Methamphetamine. I am sad to say that the use of methamphetamine has recently come to light by a family member of mine. 

When discovered, I was at first shocked and numb. Now I am just angry. I have printed out this letter to show all my children and any one else who will agree to read it. I work for the community of Saxman and will share the letter with the community out here as well. I am grateful to Jerry for sharing that information, it has not gone unnoticed!  

A while back I got in on the tail end of a television documentary on the effects of methamphetamine on the brain.  What I remember distinctly was the comment that long term use of methamphetamine produces holes in the brain as well as symptoms of Alzheimer disease.
