Neighborhood swimming pools

Enjoy looking for solutions other than throwing big bucks at them, I came across this "Out of the Box" solution.Use your imagination! We could have these throughout the Borough.

Small heater, chlorine system like those on hot tubs, and covered roofs with isinglass sides. Having these would allow a smaller main pool at far less expense, for competition and "We gotta have everything" folks. Heck, they might even be mobile.

Just a thought.
