Scooter parking violations

Time after time I'm amazed at the stupidity of Bureaucracy. Now because of 2 inches and in order to "protect" our elderly and disabled, they will remove access to their scooters. Those scooters are a big part of keeping them independent. If you have ever been inside those apartments, you would know there is no room for the scooters to be stored or maneuvered, therefore they are kept in the hall. Those halls are very wide and the year my Mother kept hers in the hallway, there was never a problem. If there are 4 scooters there now, that's even less than when Mother was there. Do your job to "protect" them, but still keep their independence. Someone in the infinite maze of Bureaucracy must be able to fix this ridiculous mess.
