Waiting In Line
By Jay Jones

I am waiting in line for my turn to try something out at Ward Cove at the taxpayer's expense. When do I get my own shipyard? Too bad Jerry Jenkins doesn't have good grant writers. Why if he did I would start renting him hammers. Heck, I may anyway. Of course I would need an electric subsidy to remain "competitive". But I promise I would only hire locals. There are plenty more questions to be asked out there, Mary Lynn. Like, Hey Mayor Norm, what ya ever do with that property on Creek Street the City gave to ya. What were ya supposed to do with it?

If it is tax money is it really theft? If they have already gotten away with it can't we just "move on".org. At least Veco did something in return.
