White Cliff Center project

The PATCHWorks mission statement is "to promote an environment that fosters youth assets to improve the overall health of our community." I can think of no other single effort that would be more beneficial in promoting youth assets and improving the health of our community than the completion of the White Cliff Center.

Research has proven that positive intergenerational relationships are one of the most influential factors in building assets in our youth. This proposed center, with its partnership between the senior community and the different segments of the arts community will offer many varied avenues for the development of these positive relationships.

I hope our community will support the White Cliff Center project.

Sincerely,

Karen Eakes
