Benefits of Fitness

To The Editor:                                      
 
How many people complain that they are out of shape or don't look good in a bathing suit?  How many of these same people don't exercise 20 to 30 minutes per day during the week?  Research has proven over and over that physical exercise not only makes us look better but it helps us live healthier, longer lives! 

Fall is around the corner and you may be an outdoor exerciser.  What will you do when it is raining, blowing or snowing (or all the above at the same time)?  Have you ever tried Pilates?  Kickboxing?  Step or Ramp?  How about Fitness on the Ball or the new Fusion class? 

If you are one of the many people are reluctant to try a new class or commit to 3 months of something they know nothing about, I encourage you to bring a friend, spouse or child and come to the "Fall Preview Super Class" at Parks and Recreation.  It is only on Saturday, September 3rd at 9:00 am or 10:30 am and FREE of charge.  Come to one session or stay for both!
