Ketchikan Gas Prices

Just a friendly note to let people know that the gas prices at Lighthouse Tesoro are 30 cents cheaper per gallon than what I observed yesterday in town.
Joe said his price is down so way aren't the rest of the stations in Ketchikan following his reduction in price????
