With all due respect Mr. McQueen...NOT!!! Read the derby rules, no snaggy waggy allowed, although it would be hard to tell but, for the most part people are honest.
Too bad about the sponsor though. You should encourage them to talk to the Chamber of Commerce so they know the real facts.
