To Chief Davis, I would hope that operators of Departmental Vehicles
would already observe what is included in the second paragraph
of your letter concerning pedestrians entering/occupying crosswalks,
and that it would already be Department policy, as it is on page
60 of the Alaska State Driver's Manual.
