Yes, all very entertaining Dave. Unfortunately your last sentence, while clever and cute, places you pretty squarely among the ranks of former assemblies that squandered public monies on a failed bowl factory and a failed veneer plant.

A dog chasing its tail may be going somewhere but it's not very productive.
