Don't forget your year-round customers

To whom ever will listen! Once again we are at the point where the people who keep the float planes in business during the winter months are being forgotten.

I called on 7/26/06 and the plane was leaving at 2 p.m. so I left home for Hollis(a long drive) at 1:15 p.m. because it takes 25 minutes to fly to Hollis. I got to Hollis at 2:15 p.m. and the plane that was scheduled to leave Ketchikan at 2 arrived in Hollis at 3:45 p.m. because they were busy hauling FISh from the tourists.

The tourists are only here during the Summer months we are here all year around, WHO SHOULD THEY
CATER TO? I was picking up someone at Hollis, another person who was leaving and trying to catch a 4:30 jet was getting nervous when the plane took so long.

WE should up our ferry boats to Cater to those of us who are year-round customers.
