I am wondering how many miles
of road the borough has purchased from a private citizen in the
past? How many miles of road has the borough built? Where is
there a written agreement to pay Mr. Seley to build a road on
his property. Also, what is the criteria used to choose which
business the borough gives Electric power to? ... Just asking.
