The 2004 Parade Judges were Jerri Taylor-Elkins, Christine Lyshal, Carena Wood, Jan Gochnour, and Gillian Moon from Ketchikan General Hospital.

The Greater Ketchikan Chamber of Commerce's parade committee volunteers who worked for several months to put on the parade were Renee Schofield (Chairperson), Carol Schafer, Vicki Muzik, Stuart Whyte, Jennifer Naylor, and Jerry Kiffer.

Energy and resources were donated to the Fourth of July Parade by:
