Ketchikan, Alaska - This photograph
of Mahoney Creek was taken on Monday, June 12th, from George

Mahoney Creek was named after oldtime prospector and loner Joe
Mahoney, who died in 1940. He was buried at Ketchikan's Bayview
Cemetery.
Mahoney Mountain is also named
after Joe Mahoney.
