Open Letter: PLEASE DO NOT PASS ANY LEGISLATION THAT
DOESN'T SERVE ALASKANS' BEST INTEREST

By Kay Rollison

Dear Distinguished Members of the Alaska State Legislature,

Please do not pass legislation tied to oil profits we'll be fighting in court for years and creating a whole department to analyze and argue over expenditures, credits, etc. We'll be up against the most highly paid tax advisors in the world.

Please do not give the Murkowski Administration the after-the-fact cover of legality, by amending the Alaska Stranded Gas Development Act to fit this give away of Alaskans' natural resources.

We don't need to provide a ROI based upon the Big 3's world wide capital investments; we have numerous players who want our natural gas and are willing to build a gas line that can profit nicely and satisfy their shareholders with an ROI based upon much smaller alternative capital investments.

It's all about oil and oil taxes..follow the moneythat's what the Big 3 want. You have the negotiating power.use it for all Alaskans!

Sincerely

Kay Rollison
