RE: Time for accountability...

Well done Mr. Jirschele! Your letter summed up what a lot of us in town have been feeling. It is time for all of us to stand up and get involved in our community decision making and ask for accountability because the good ol' boys just aren't doing the job. Safe, functional and, dare I say, attractive schools should be our first, last and best responsibility as a community. Education was the first priority for our pioneer forefathers in communities across the west and it should be ours as well, for the future and for the good of the children. There is no future development without good schools because that's the first thing new companies and new families ask about when re-locating.

I hope everyone got out and voted today!
