Ethanol - is this an unseen plague that will wipe out a city?

My topic recently on the ethanol outburst in San Carlos City in Negros Occidental, Philippines, has gathered momentum when nearly 90 percent of the inhabitants signed a manifesto in a never ending quest for a clean air program format.

As discussed lately, a copy of this publication will be submitted to the Office of Senators Begich and Murkowski, for help if clean air pollutant experts from the Office of the President, to study if it need be to quarantine the City of Carlos and Calatrava; or make recommendations as to where to go and what to do, or.....

Check the local or the nearest hospital who are confined from the unseen air or waiting for the DENR to finally resolve the matter without them hanging loose till their jaws drop probably.

As reported from signatories to have this Ethanol Plant to stick the silt in the property of incumbent Congressman Julio Ledesma IV, they plan to have all the silt dump in the Congressman's 14 hectares property, dry them up which can later use as fertilizer, but the interference of wannabees made it worst as they still could not resolve the foul odor that fills the vicinities of more that what had been there, so the good Samaritan Congressman just kick his heels and raised the white flag.

And waiting, just as Gen. Douglas McArthur did, and shouted "I shall return." As of this writing, he never did.

Same copy will be submitted to the Office of Mayor Lew Williams III for possible help if the Office of Sen. Begich and Sen. Murkowski cannot hit first base in resolving the present smell and air pollution problem, then maybe the City of Ketchikan can do something about this. In the meantime, the plague residents of the City in Negros Occidental can just pray, that God will give mercy on their souls, AMEN.

At this juncture, the problem of the complaint will then lie on the responsibility of the City of San Carlos, Calatrava, and wherever the wind blows, another Mayor will set in the jigsaw puzzle and perhaps get some gas mask one way or the other.
