Begich will also answer questions about various issues affecting Alaska.

As the Senate finishes up a busy work period, Begich has been working on a varitey of legislation including the transportation bill, the development of the Niblack and Bokan mine projects, student loan interest rates, Arctic development this summer, and the tsunami debris arriving on Alaska coasts from Japan.

The meeting will take place in the Ketchikan Borough Assembly Chambers located in the Whitecliff Building at 5:00 pm, Friday.
