Location of Library

I understand the library needs more room - but wouldn't it be much simpler to just move the museum out to a different location - possibly somewhere next to the cruise ship docks? There is a vacant lot between the Federal Building & the Logging Show, and that would give the library room to expand in its current, convenient location.

I don't understand why we need to purchase Mr. Lybrand's land on Copper Ridge for any City purpose - it's more of an industrial type property, that is not centrally located - it doesn't make sense!
