New Pool

For the record, not everyone will benefit from a new pool. I
don't even benefit from the old pool, and I am sure there are
thousands of locals who, like myself, have never used the pool
in the past and plan to never use the pool in the future, old
or new.
So what benefit would it be
to me and the thousands of other residents to have a new pool?
And yes, I do know how to swim very well. Yes, I did learn
to swim in the great outdoors.
