to paint the towns

Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF)
maintenance crews from around the state recently completed their
annual paint training, equipment readiness, and preparation to
begin annual road and airport runway restriping efforts.

Following winter, the crews prepare to paint stripe to improve
visibility of traffic lane for vehicles and aircraft throughout
Alaska that suffer winter wear. The training occurred in Fairbanks
and Anchorage.
