CC Johnson, Ketchikan Indian Community-OVS Chair, said, "As a Tribal member I feel very lucky to have a leader, IRA President Richard Jackson, who comprehends protocols and knows Roberts Rules. He shows no favoritism and treats all tribal members with respect. Finally, we will make progress."
