Why take a good man out?

After reading for weeks about Ketchikan School Board Member
Carl Webb and his not so great behavior, I have to say he just
got caught. How many sit in their glass houses and throw stones
who for some reason never get seen or caught? I don't live there
anymore, but only heard good things about Mr Martin. Why would
someone try to take a good man out? Just curious.
