AST received a report of child fondling from a Saxman resident.
Investigation resulted in the arrest of a 40 year old who was
remanded to KCC on four counts of Sexual Assault of a minor
in the second degree, a class B Felony. This man, who has prior
sex crime convictions, was held on $50,00.00 bail and ordered
to have no contact with the victim or return to the residence
accourding to the AST
Daily dispatch.
Remanded on four counts of sexual abuse of a minor and also with
prior sex convictions he is still out in the world.
What do you think of that?
Pretty sickening.
