Fundraiser Villains

At a Fundraiser on Saturday, the Garage Sale and Indian Taco/Fried Bread sale in Saxman for a kids taekwondo tournament, just an hour or so in to the fundraiser, things were getting out to a slow start. The adults were going in and out of the house getting the fried bread ready, when one particular family/group (Yes! We know who you are!!) were browsing the sale, and managed to conceal several high priced items. Within a minute or so of the thieving group's departure, the items were no where to be found. It was obvious who had done it. It is unfortunate that they kids are the ones who may suffer from not being able to make the trip if not enough funds are raised. So, to you particular people, we hope you enjoy the new decorative plates on your walls, and new antique items on your shelves.

Thank you to everyone else who showed up and supported the kid's fundraising event. Look out for ads for upcoming fundraisers. The money raised is being used to transport, house and feed the kids later this month in Kitamat, B.C.

If you have any questions or would like to donate to the kids tournament trip please call Everett Savage 617-9030.
