JOIN US SUNDAY MAY 21st - NEW PAINTBALL PARK
By Bobbie McCreary

May 12, 2006
Friday

Cellular One is providing a "free day" of play at the grand opening of the Ketchikan Hot Shots Paintball League's new paintball field, 4.2 miles East of Ward Cove on Revilla Road (1/2 way to Harriet Hunt Lake). (see flyer posted on the calendar)

All ages invited, we will have Captain Casey (KTKN) as the M.C., music with a band and other performers, BarBQ by AC DC from Kayhi, Door Prizes and of course, the chance to play paintball...either as one of a 3-person team in the tournament, or on the Free Play field just to try it out. 10AM tournament and play begin. 1PM is the Opening Day ceremony.

If you are under 18 you must have a signed waiver from your parent or guardian.

If you don't have a car, a shuttle provided by Princess Tours will run continuously from 9:30 am from Ward Cove to the field...watch for signs.

Come and appreciate the work done by the teens and young adults that made this park happen PLUS all the support from local businesses and organizations...and have a good time to boot! We especially thank our founding sponsors: Cellular One, Cape Fox Corporation and Revilla Island Prevention Coalition
