Juneau, Alaska - Rear Adm. James
C. Olson relieved Rear Adm. James W. Underwood as commander of
the 17th Coast Guard District in a ceremony at Juneau's Centennial
Hall Convention Center Wednesday morning. Ketchikan is one of
the areas included in the 17th Coast Guard District.
