Re: Pro Bridge

This letter is in response to Michael McColley 'pro bridge' letter
on the bridge to Gravina.
I have not arrived at a decision for or against the bridge.
I have several questions I would like to see answered before
I make my decision.
As I see it, building the bridge to Gravina is only the beginning.
Who will finance the infrastructure to develop property on Gravina,
i.e. utilities, streets, deep water port, fire/police protection,
additional parking at the airport, etc.?
How will the citizens of Ketchikan pay for these required improvements?
Will the area be in the Bourough? or the City?
Why not develop Ward Cove first?
