We've Got Talent
By Judith Green

'The Somewhat True Tale of Robin Hood' was SO well done. BRAVO! to each of the students who participated - whether you had a speaking or non-speaking part, job well done! It was so much fun to see each of you so well poised and positioned - just enjoying. The match-up of participant to parts was very (evident)successful. (Yes, "I got that")

The Ketchikan Community Chorus and its annual "Steppin' Out" performances were also lots of fun. Outstanding job/well done by everyone: Steve Kinney, Musical Director, showcased the talents of many in the solo parts. Claire Pattton's choreography helped everyone to enjoy the music with just the right movements. On stage everyone was smiling and enjoying. The talent from the keyboard and band - much needed and great. The sound system - another needed part well done. AND not to forget the food which the chorus members make and bake and share - oh so good: and, of course, the "servers", Ed and Larry, did an outstanding job.

Ketchkan has got talent - and let's not forget there is more to come. There is never a lack of good live talent to be enjoyed in our little island community.

Thank you to all for giving us your time and talents.
