Open Letter to the Ketchikan

You guys know that as soon as you raise the mill rate and increase
property taxes I am going to write a rather long letter detailing
why several of you lied to this community about being able to
afford a 23.5 million dollar pool with no tax increase. Right?
Just saying, that if you thought the tax payers were going to
let you slide on that one you are mistaken.
Best of luck with the budget.
ps: Zig-Z, remember what you said to me about the borough gov?
