Rental Costs

We have been landlords in Ketchikan since 1975. Ohhh the stories
we could tell! However the only one who cares is another landlord!
The tenants I have now are working single parents. They pay their
rent each month and I haven't raised their rent since they moved
in...
However I keep a process server busy with upwards of $4,000 for
one dead beat. That is what costs you money -- the dead beats!
There are lots of landlord tenant rules, good landlords follow
them Remember we took the chance to go into rentals. Renters
want to feel safe and able to walk away with 30 days notice.
