Parking for residents

I strongly support Jackie Keizer's comments and put in my own plea. Please, look first to a more global, city-wide parking plan first and do NOT take a piecemeal approach to parking issues. If you "squeeze" parking in one place, it will just "pop up" in another. We all know there is inadequate parking space allocated in the central part of town to park the vehicles driven by people who live there.

Do we already have a parking plan? If so, I apologize for my lack of attention...and ask that the info be distributed. (didn't Kent Miller do something on this?)
