Thanks to KPU and a heads up to others

Recently I discovered the power line coming from the pole to our house was seriously damaged and the insulation burned off. Checking the power line to our house was not something I ever thought of or heard that I should do but I would suggest that home owners, especially older home owners, do so. It is so easy to do and the consequences if you have a damaged line could be devastating.

I would like to thank all those at KPU who helped get the damaged power line to my house replaced promptly. I appreciate that whomever took my call took me seriously and promptly sent someone out to inspect. Thanks to the guys who came and told me the line was a risk and needed to be replaced asap yet gave me the few hours I needed for Robert to finish what he was doing in the process of saving all my computer data. And thanks for the follow up call to let me know it was done so we could turn the fridge back on.

It's things like this that make me grateful I live in a small town where people are helpful and flexible.
