Dear Editor,

Regarding Dave Hangar's letter.....

Dave, I have worked in the Private Sector my entire life except for a stint as a staff member to Senator Robin Taylor.

I worked for a Liquor Distributor when I first moved to Ketchikan and had the pleasure of working with your late father when he took care of the smaller cruise ships. Perhaps you are confusing me with someone else.

And, yes, I do NOT think that former teachers or members of the K.E.A. should serve on the School Board. If there is not a conflict of interest, the appearance still looks suspect.

Agree with your opinions on just about everything else in the letter about "honor and integrity".
