Thank you for your well put letter,
Amy Schmitt! You hit the nail right on the head. I applaud
you. Again, it is the victim who pays for what has been done
to them and a lot of times the abuser gets off scott free. So
sad, when in this day and age the victims pay for crimes done
to them. Hopefully, more people will sit up and take notice
after reading your letter. Again, thank you.
