Ketchikan-Gravina bridge

Of all the things to spend public money on, the Ketchikan-Gravina
bridge belongs at the bottom of the list. What a colossal waste,
and it doesn't do anything for the view up the Narrows either.
It's time to put this bad idea to sleep.
