(SitNews) Ketchikan, Alaska - As many of you have heard, Italy had a problem after self quarantine and stay at home directives were put in place. Eventually the teens got squirley and they let them go out. The teens then bought the virus home and infected more folks. Yesterday 800 people died in Italy from this virus. NO MORE GOING OUT. Ketchikan teens, do your part.

As was announced today, due to the exponential spread of the COVID-19 virus in Ketchikan with the total of confirmed cases now at 6, and in accordance with the recommendations of the Ketchikan Emergency Operations Center (EOC), the mayors of the City of Ketchikan, City of Saxman, and Ketchikan Gateway Borough have issued a joint proclamation strongly urging the citizens of Ketchikan to hunker down, shelter in place, and stay home, in order to contain the spread of COVID-19.
