Invitation to Welcome Interim Pastor

By Steve Kinney

March 29, 2017
Wednesday PM

Please join us at the Ketchikan Presbyterian Church on April 2nd to welcome our interim pastor, the Rev. Dr. Robert Nicholson. He is eager to share God’s Word with us! Worship is at 11:00 followed by coffee and conversation.

Pastor Bob’s positive outlook and clear communication can lift your spirits and bring you a fresh sense of God’s presence and purpose in your life. He is a veteran Presbyterian pastor, a teacher, a long-time soccer referee, and is an Eagle Scout and Silver Beaver. His life is one of varied, imaginative service to Christ.

Pastor Bob comes from the Presbytery of Seattle and resides in north Seattle. He earned his degree in history in Missouri and has Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from McCormick Seminary in Chicago. Some of his service has been in Tennessee, Texas, Switzerland, New York City and San Francisco, as well as in the Seattle area. Over the years, Pastor Nicholson has been a USSF soccer referee and is a life-long Boy Scout. We look forward to worshipping with him and you!

Thanks,

Steve Kinney,
Clerk of Session
