Editor Sitnews,

Young to Forest Service Chief: What Are You Doing in SE to Make Sure We Have a Steady Yield of Timber?

Another example of why State Rights per the Constitution should be the battle. Every piece of legislation offered in Congress should reflect the authority of the Constitution as it relates to State Rights.

Your efforts on this subject the forest reflects how the federal government has over reached its authority and that in part is because Congress has not followed the Constitution over the years yielding the Federal government authority is should never have had.

Correct this Representative Young, demand the State be in control of its resources. Enlist the Western State Representatives to support that effort.

On this subject of State Rights I do request a response.

Regards
