Editor Sitnews:

The Obama administration has ended public input for a federal strategy that could prohibit U.S. citizens from fishing some of the nation's oceans, coastal areas, Great Lakes, and even inland waters.

This action will affect every aspect of our local fisheries both commercially and personal. It will affect all aspects of fresh water fishing. Believe folks, believe. Your big brother U.S. Government is making another move to turn America into a European model controlled by environmental radical goals.

That the President is using Executive Orders to bypass Congress points out again that tyranny is raising its ugly head and again the meekest of us are allowing it to happen. I have sent in my concerns to Senator Murkowski and Representative Young urging action to stop this transgression. To quote from the article:

"In spite of what we hear daily in the press about the President's concern for jobs and the economy and contrary to what he stated in the June order creating this process, we have seen no evidence from NOAA or the task force that recreational fishing and related jobs are receiving any priority."

This President appears bent on destroying this Countries ability to produce or be competitive in world markets. After this industrial/ and personal lifestyle, take over what is next?

In my opinion, every State should have the first and last say with ultimate control over the resources within their respective State lines. The Federal Government has exceeded its Constitutional Authority in so many areas and subjects. Each State should be in charge of ALL natural resources within their boundries.

By the Constitution, the Federal Government is limited as to is ownership of acreage and use of land within State boundaries.

The Federal Government with our un-witted consent, has strayed from the Constitution as far as we have which is reflected in the horrid number of failed policy within all 50 States by an intrusive Federal Government. This issue is but another. The article, one of many available across the Nation calling out for attention. Take it!

Regards
