Some explaining to do...

If the events in the gang letter are facts, I find it utterly
unbelievable that the Police would take the obvious victim to
jail and not arrest the people who tried to rob the couple.
Do the people of Ketchikan have to walk around town armed to
protect themselves? And then would the Police arrest you for
protecting yourself and your family?
The Police department has some explaining to do in my opinion.
