3rd Ave Bypass

Hmm .. why doesn't the city get someone with a snowblower onto
the 3rd Ave bypass to clean the sidewalk when it snows?? It's
a shame to drive by and see that people have to walk on the side
of the road because the snow is piled so high on the sidewalk.
It's a real mess.
