Handicap cards and license
plates

I just wanted the person who felt it was necessary to leave me
a rude threatening note on my car today when it was parked in
a handicapped space at Ketchikan General Hospital that they are
more than a little handicapped. They need their eyes checked.
I do have handicapped PLATES
on my car. So before you write a rude note check to see if perhaps
the next person also has plates rather than a tag.
