I think that if you do your research, you would find that the Constitution calls for a simple majority for confirmation of judges. The requirement that there be 60 votes for approval was established by the Democrat controlled Senate in the late 80's and is simply a "Senate Rule" that should be overturned. Nothing frightning about that!
