Workers' Comp
by Jim Church

One of the ways to keep the cost down is to let anyone represent injured workers. In Ontario Canada you do not have to be a lawyer or certified by anyone to represent an injured worker, if you know the legislation and the worker is willing to hire you. Then you are able to manage the claim all the way to the hearing level, legal fees are much higher for lawyers and the system moves quicker. I do this for a living.

Thanks,
