 by Nancy DeWitt March 22, 2004 While checking out some gardening web sites Saturday I came across this little bit of nonsence trivia, and thought I would share it with your readers. Some of you already know this, and it's fun to do. On the Vernal Equinox you can stand an egg on end, and it will stay there. I told my 11 year old granddaughter Jami about it, she got an egg and tried it, sure enough it works. It stayed upright from Saturday until 8:30 Sunday morning.
